Collective Energy and Newfound Intimacy

In a world full of risk and worry, a leader who can express their own vulnerability and provide a safe space for the fears, failures and ideas of their team can not only serve to better their organization, but to better the lives of those who work there. I am not advocating group venting sessions or crying circles. I am advocating, honest conversation and sharing of feelings from the top and the bottom of our organizations. I advocate using this collective energy and newfound intimacy to work through the

problems of the day, together. Our very humanity has been challenged but as such, carries more potential energy than ever before.- Stu Freed
