Organizational Goals

What’s more important as a leader, to build and lead a team capable of successfully accomplishing the goals of your organization, or to be successful at accomplishing the goals laid for the organization? The answer of course is not either, or but both, and in the long view, organizational goals will only be consistently met with a formidable team. However, you cannot build a strong team without goals to shoot for and incremental successes achieved.
