Where is Your Focus?
Focus on where you want to go and not where you don’t want to go. This is good advice when riding your mountain bike down a trail, skiing a challenging pitch or when planning you career or moves at work.
When we see on obstacle in our path, our first instinct is to focus on it, particularly if it is big and scary. The problem is, if you do focus on it, you are much more likely to hit it! The trick is to see the challenge but train your gaze to where you want to go. Problem solve for overcoming the obstacles but maintain forward vision and focus.
